This Consent Policy explains how Partify obtains, manages, and respects your consent for data processing, communications, and third-party services. By using our platform, you acknowledge the consent mechanisms described below.

1. Data Processing Consent

By registering on Partify, you consent to the processing of your data for the following purposes:

• Account creation and KYC identity verification (Trade License, Emirates ID, TRN Certificate)
• Matching your part requests with relevant suppliers based on vehicle make, model, and part category
• Processing escrow payments, commission calculations, and wallet transactions in AED
• Generating anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve platform matching and service quality

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our web platform uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Essential cookies: maintain your session, authentication state, and language/locale preferences (en/ar). These cannot be disabled as they are required for the platform to function
• Analytics cookies: collect anonymized usage data to understand how users interact with the platform. You may opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings
• No advertising cookies: Partify does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies

3. Communication Preferences

We communicate with you through the following channels, each with its own consent mechanism:

• Push notifications (via expo-notifications): enabled during onboarding for order updates, escrow releases, and offer alerts. You can manage these in your device settings or in-app notification preferences
• SMS (via Twilio): used exclusively for OTP verification during login. This is required for account security and cannot be opted out of
• Email: used for account-related communications such as KYC status updates and dispute resolutions. You may opt out of non-essential emails

4. KYC Document Consent

During registration, you explicitly consent to the upload and processing of your Trade License, Emirates ID, and TRN Certificate. These documents are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 using presigned URLs and are accessed only by authorized Partify admin staff for verification purposes. Documents are retained for the duration of your account and as required by UAE commercial regulations.

5. Third-Party Service Consent

By using Partify, you consent to the sharing of necessary data with the following third-party services:

• PayTabs UAE: for processing AED payments with 3D Secure authentication
• Twilio: for delivering SMS OTP codes to your registered phone number
• Cloudflare R2: for secure storage and retrieval of uploaded documents and images

6. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent for non-essential data processing at any time by adjusting your notification preferences in the app or contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that withdrawing consent for essential processing (KYC verification, escrow transactions) may require account deactivation, as these functions are core to platform operation.
